City council discusses the Market Street Bridge

The Market Street bridge was a topic of discussion during a special meeting held late Monday afternoon at Bridge View Center.  Design engineers and contractors were on hand to bring the council up to date on the slow progress of getting the project completed.  The bridge was expected to be completed last year but several problems prevented that.
