(Ottumwa)— When the Ottumwa Board of Education meets in regular session this coming Monday evening two new faces will be on board.

David Weilbrenner, and Michael Burton will be sworn into office.  Prior to that the out going board will certify the results of the September 10th school board election.  Joining Weilbrenner and Burton on the board will be Carol Mitchell who was re-elected to another term.  The retiring board is expected to approve a final change order for Liberty Elementary school for the removal of unspent contingency funds in the amount of 60-thousand, 679 dollars. The out going board is also expected to approve a certificate of substantial completion of Liberty School.

The new school board will also discuss  a policy code pertaining to a tobacco, nicotine free environment in the school district.
