(Rochester, Mn)— A 54 year old Bloomfield man is back in custody again.  Kenneth Turner was taken into custody Sunday in Rochester, Minnesota.

Turner is charged with sexual abuse and stalking following an incident that reportedly occurred at Turner’s Bloomfield home several week ago involving a 17 year old male juvenile.  Turner was charged with stalking after he repeatedly drove by the Agency youth shelter where the teen lived.

Turner appeared in Magistrate court last week and pleaded not guilty on the stalking charges and was released on a ten thousand dollar bond.

His bond was then revoked and set a 100-thouasand dollars cash only and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest.  Turner had been the subject of a search most of last week.
