Grace Fellowship in Ottumwa is sponsoring a Halloween Event from 5:30 – 8 pm, Oct. 31, at 1335 North Elm in Ottumwa.  We are inviting trick-or-treaters to come in costume to the front of Elm Street Condos, located near Pennsylvania and Elm Sts for treats.  Bring your friends and come get lots of Sweet Treats On Elm Street.  See you there!
